What is the Silent Auction?
Each year during the National Junior Angus Show, the Angus Foundation hosts a silent auction, which features a variety of items available for Angus families and friends to bid on and purchase. The items sold at the silent auction are donated by state junior and adult Angus associations, and individual farms and corporations. The state junior Angus association that donates the highest-selling item to the silent auction will receive $100 for its association. Individual donations to the silent auction are accepted. Proceeds from the silent auction go to the Angus Foundation, which supports education, youth and research activities of the American Angus Association®.
Items for the auction are accepted year-round. If you are interested in donating an item, please contact us.
The 2024 Angus Foundation Silent Auction will take place July 1-5 at the National Junior Angus Show in Madison, WI. The Auction will close on Friday, July 5th at 5:00 p.m.
If you're attending the National Junior Angus Show, be sure to stop by the Angus Foundation Silent Auction and place your bid. We will be offering online bidding through AngusLive. Check back closer to the event for the link.
